Today (June 16, 2025), Mr. Pichai Naripthaphan, Minister of Commerce, said after the meeting of the Committee on Resolving Problems of Foreign Products and Businesses that Violate the Law that the meeting had set the framework for the working group to suppress wrongdoings related to illegal business operations (provincial level) and to expedite the investigation of risky juristic persons in which foreigners hold shares from 0.001-49.99%, totaling 46,918 persons, to be completed within 1 month to 1 year, depending on the number of juristic persons in each province.
